Our History

Norm and Bobbe Evans married as teen-agers and have served together in communities, service clubs, churches and para-church organizations for most of their marriage.  They were in leadership with Pro Athletes Outreach 40 years and served as President and Executive Director, respectively for 26 years.  

Pro Athletes Outreach conducted Leadership Training Conferences across the nation and internationally for active and retired professional athletes from football, baseball, NASCAR, basketball, rodeo, jockeys and tennis players. Norm and Bobbe founded the Coaches Time Out Conference program for youth coaches in 1998.   

Their work with pro athletes and coaches focused on instilling life skills in these influential men and women and urging them to maximize the unique platform they have to share principals for living with their fans and student athletes.Their life purpose continues to be to speak, teach, mentor and encourage, both in the US and internationally.  

Today, via The Winning Ways with the Evans’,  they serve as consultants for corporate as well as non-profit teams. Individually and as a couple, Norm and Bobbe address civic, athletic, business, educational and religious groups at home and abroad.  They share the principles upon which they have built their marriage and offer tools for communication skills, coping with parenting, stress management and for repairing broken relationships. They are the parents of a daughter, Deana, and a son, Ron, have two incredible grandsons and recently welcomed a great-grandaughter to the family. 

Their delights include travel, speed-walking and entertaining in their home in Issaquah, WA.
